Mada has built a solid experience in raising awareness and effecting coordination amongst the local development main actors, whether institutions or individuals. Mada's team includes both professionals and volunteers, all competent in the various fields of development and able to provide specific services. Our fields of expertise include: social, education, natural resources management, and ecotourism. So far the following expertise consultancies have taken place:

• Training and support for Zoukak and Icare (administrative management and proposal writing)

• Training to the ACH on proposal writing, budgeting, administrative management and accounting

• Providing the Mada guideline to NGOs

• Providing a kick-start setup advice report for the Samir Kassir Foundation

• Administrative support to Massar and ICARE NGO

•Proposal writing and budgeting for the municipalities of Michmich and Akkar el Atika, Federation of Jord el Kayteh, Adouna, UPP, CISP, CESVI, Shams

• Monitoring and evaluation for camp reconstructions in Northern Syria (SDC, USAID, Canada Fund) and provide strategic advice to UNRWA
